Duplicate posts?

I installed your plugin and set it up. All seemed to be well but I notice LOTS of duplicate posts. It seems that when it finds the same article, it publishes the duplicate with a number incremented to the end. WHY?? THis is very bad. Don’t you have duplicate content handling built into this? I saw no option to toggle it.
