Duplicate Post not showing up at all

    Hello, I have been using duplicate post for a long time now, and on this particular WordPress site I have been using it since last March and never had a problem with it. I’m not sure why, but Duplicate Post is not working – the clone option is no longer showing up in any way shape or form. I updated Duplicate Post to the latest version and it’s still not working. I followed your instructions of checking settings, but it also does not show up under Settings!! Please help. As an additional help, our theme is “Jupiter”.

    Hi,
    are you sure the plugin is activated? It should be showing as in this image:

    If it’s already activated, maybe it could be an update issue: were you using version 2.6 or a previous one?

    I am using version 3.03. Interesting, but it shows deactivated, and if I click on it to activate, it says “plugin activated” at the top, but the plugin remains deactivated.

    Hi,
    What happens if you delete the plugin and install it again?

    Also: which version were you using *before* 3.0.3? Was it 2.6 or a previous one?

    Hello Lopo,
    If I delete and re-install it is the same. The plugin will say “Activated” but not really be activated. The word “Activate” remains under the plugin name and it doesn’t appear under “Settings”.
    I’m pretty sure the previous version was 2.6.

    are you able to access the database to look at the plugin settings in the wp_options table?

    Yes, I can access the DB if need be.

    Can you send me a dump of the options called duplicate_post_*?
    The query could be something like
    SELECT * FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE 'duplicate_post_%'
    (don’t know if you are using wp_ as prefix)
