Duplicate Post In Webmaster Tools

Google Webmaster Tools is showing that I have duplicate posts in my blog.
It shows https://www.blog.com/post-title-name and https://www.blog.com/?p=1234 as duplicate posts
SEO QA team is telling me to find a way to prevent ?p=1234 from showing in Webmaster Tools.
I’m stumped! Help?
