    Hi team, my woocommerce subscription customers are being charged twice when their payments renew – Googling brought me to a GitHub thread here:

    Just wondering if there is an interim fix. My concern is that I will be flooded with payment disputes when my customers start to notice (we are proactively reaching out to them now).

    Also, to add,. When we refund the duplicates, what happens to the fee WooCommerce charges when they process the duplicate debit? Is this also refunded, or am I paying that back? If the latter – How will this be refunded to me by me refunding my customers, I’m paying you 2 – 4% (depending on my customer’s location) for the privilege,

    Hello @gettingdownunder,

    Thank you for the detailed explanation. The problem seems to be affecting version 5.5.0 , at the time being you can roll back to the previous version from here.

    I should note this bug was given high priority so hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

    As for the fees question, please email us at WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support.

    Make sure to include a link to this thread so we know what has been done already.
