Duplicate pages/posts

    Hi,

    We just installed SEO Ultimate and on the Meta Descriptions and Meta Robot Tags sections, it is showing tons of duplicate pages and posts, all with different IDs. Each ID appears to be a previous page revision because when I rollover the “View” link many of them show the URL with “revision-2” or “-autosave. Is it possible to hide all of the old revisions?

    Hi:

    SEO Ultimate is just showing you what pages are in the Database.

    If you have -2, -3, -4, then, you just need to empty your trash if you have multiple variations of pages, posts (as a result of using the same page or postname).

    Just make sure you look before deleting, then you may have to use a redirection plugin to regain that lost link-flow (to redirect the dups to the main page) if they were all indexed.

    Ideally, you should consolidate the dups to the new page / postname without the -1, -2, etc.
