Duplicate Pages with Static Home Page

problem:
static homepage is set to Home ( a new page created by me and called home.) But there is a Home page already that i can not direct the “static” status to and am unable to delete.

I am also having this same problem. I made a static page as my home page, but now I have 2 home pages.

I’m also unable to arrange my pages in my preferred order, even though I use the Page Order option.

I would greatly appreciate any help. I’m new to WordPress and I don’t know coding.
