Duplicate pages

Hello,

I just went live with my website which I’m hosting on Azure. For example if the site was called “www.abc.com”, however there is also indexed pages on Google for “abc.azurewebsites.net”.

How can I get these duplicate abc.azurewebsites.net pages off Google or is there some other process I should be following for this? I’m worried Google will penalize me for duplicate content.
