Duplicate Page View Tracking

Hi,

I have a couple of client websites that are using this plugin to track eCommerce but also MonsterInsights to track standard site visits and events. When this was set up, there was a setting in this plugin to disable standard site tracking so the two were working harmoniously together. I just realised that page views are now being tracked twice, whereas they weren’t when it was set up. After some investigation I see the checkbox on the settings screen that previously enabled/disabled standard site tracking has been removed, I think in v2.0.0 realised March 6th. This setting was useful to us, is there a reason it was removed? I have found a snippet of code that disables page view tracking in this plugin, which is working for the moment, but I was hoping that this feature could be added back in if possible.
