Duplicate page names in select menu

Wanted to report a potential bug – running into an issue with the admin on a site with large amount of pages.

The site has a big sitemap with duplicate page names under different parents, but the page selection drop down is not showing all these pages. This can affect a parent as well, suppressing all child pages.

Usually able to paste full URL in custom field and have it auto-calculate the page ID, but is not always successful. Custom is working with these URLs so redirects are still occurring, so this really only affects the admin side. We’ll plan to work around in this manner, but did want to provide the feedback for this excellent plugin.
