I create a category save it, and after several days, change the slug.
Now I can access category page from both urls. There is a duplicate category.
    How could I fix it?
    Thanks.

    – have you tried deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere)? If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).

    – If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thanks for your unswear. Site is alive.
If I find the problem in the way you say. What is going to happen when I enable every thing again?

    Same issue may happen again!

Have found out if a plugin was causing it? Yes? which one?

No luck, no difference, disabling themes and plugins as you explain.
