No its only happening for few orders. It happened 7 times in 2 days. Never happened before and some orders are duplicated for 3 to 4 times.

yes its same for some orders its one minute late.

Yes the whole oder is same just those products are missing that became out of stock in the duplicate orders

Hi I have already done this conflict test and there is no conflict in the site. Orders duplicate sometimes and when I place test order this never happens. I have contacted hosting and they are saying everything is optimal they enhanced memory size and everything that can be a possible reason.

Do you know if there are any similarities between the customers/orders that had this issue? It can be a similar address, using the same payment gateway or method, making an order while not being logged in, etc.

There are no similarities in the duplicated orders. Some orders are placed using the COD payment method, while others use the cheque payment method.

I need to fix this issue ASAP as it is seriously affecting my business. I have even excluded the cart and checkout pages from all types of cache on the site, but orders are still being duplicated.

Your answer suggests that there could be a problem with your site configuration, particularly with the database.

Although your hosting provider has said everything is optimal, server issues can sometimes cause duplicate orders. This could be due to a slow server response time, or a server not correctly handling multiple requests at the same time.

Could you please go to WoCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there are any database-related errors, especially Deadlock? (There is another related thread here.)

It would be great if you could copy the fatal error log and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients – Clear
• Clear template cache – Clear
• Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
• Clear customer sessions -Clear
• Product lookup tables – Regenerate

Your second error is from the B2bKing plugin. It’s trying to call an undefined method. Please ensure you have installed the latest version of the plugin. If the error persists, you might need to contact the B2bKing support team for further assistance.

Your third error indicates that there is a duplicate SKU in your products. WooCommerce requires each product to have a unique SKU. This could potentially be the cause of your order duplication issue. I recommend going through your products to ensure each one has a unique SKU.

To clarify, is this occurring on the live site (where other plugins are still activated), or the staging one (where only WooCommerce is expected to be active, along with a default theme like TT3, and all other custom functionality, if any, deactivated)?

Furthermore, did you already have a chance to check if the products in the duplicate orders have duplicate SKUs, or otherwise?

By the way, how is a duplicate order identified? From the screenshot shared earlier on, it appears only by customer name, or is it otherwise? Kindly elaborate further, and please make sure to sanitize sensitive data (like customer details), before sharing in public forums.
