Duplicate orders being placed

  • We are getting duplicates of the same order sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row. We use Stripe as our payment gateway and the Stripe logs show an error every time a duplicate order goes through. I reached out to Stripe and they said it looks like WooCommerce is trying to use a single token to create a customer twice; a token can only be used once so that second attempt produced an error.

    This is really messing us up with our customers and our orders, so a solution to this would be greatly appreciated ASAP.

    We are using WooCommerce Stripe Gateway Version 2.6.12 by WooThemes. I’ve also reached out to WooThemes but they haven’t responded yet.

    i have similar problem, but not using stripe plugin.

    i update woocommerce to 2.6.11 and everytime i put an order , it duplicate 2-3 orders. i was using woocommerce 2.6.4 with no problem.

    i have delete woocommerce 2.6.11 plugin and replace it with woocommerce 2.6.4 , somehow the problem follows.. any solution to this matter ?
