Duplicate Orders after Test Migration

Hi, we are working to migrate the website to another hosting, while working on it our client notified us that they received multiple exported order. Below is their email to us:

I noted lots of activity with Siteground yesterday (I’ll forward a couple of the emails too), did it trigger an export csv download, as it appeared twice on our fulfilment ftp (one of which is attached) Please could you check and let me know?

Does your system triggers export when migration happens? Any log history where we can find the activity of the plugin if it really triggers the action mentioned?
