Duplicate Orders

Hi,
I recently had an issue wherein duplicate orders happened when a customer purchased one time. I asked the customer what happened and he said:
“At first I put in my business address but I was using my credit card that is billed to my home address so it denied it. Then I put in my regular address and pushed go but you have a drop down menu there which saved credit cards and I think that was and there at the old address and it denied me again then I went in and put credit card number and the right address and then it took it but out of curiosity I went and looked at my credit card account to see if I got double charged and it was many more than that but then there were credits also it looks like to me I got charged twice it seems your system allowed it to charge my account even though it denied it.”
Is this a bug on the plugin?
