Hi, I’m experiencing a problem with my client of double orders, basically as soon as the client wants to place an order and clicks a button to pay, usually everything is fine, but there are times when the page refreshes the client thinks something was wrong with the payment fills in the details again and pays again, this causes a lot of cancellations And problems, I would love to know if there is a solution to this, maybe another plugin is causing the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Experiencing issues with double orders in WooCommerce can be frustrating for both you and your customers. While there can be multiple reasons behind this problem, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Review the theme and plugins: Start by checking if the issue is related to any specific theme or plugin conflicts. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) and disable all plugins except WooCommerce. Test the checkout process to see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, gradually reactivate each plugin one by one, testing the checkout process after activating each one. This will help identify any conflicting plugins.
    2. Check for caching issues: If you have a caching plugin or server-level caching enabled, it could interfere with the proper functioning of WooCommerce. Clear the cache and disable any caching plugins temporarily to see if the issue is resolved.

    Hi, @stavperez

If the issue persists after applying the recommendations provided by @hemant-ahir please provide the following information:

    • A copy of your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site.

That will help to take a closer look.

    Thanks.
