    Hi,

About a month ago I was receiving duplicate orders through WooCommerce. I was never able to reproduce this error myself. The problem went away for a bit but has now come back today. Customer said they had an error message on the screen after clicking the place order button and had to go back and submit the order again thinking it did not work. I am also in contact with WooCommerce support but they have not figured out the problem. Just wondering if it may be caused by this plugin or not.

    Thanks.

    G’day seboaus,

If the Eway transaction is successful, then this plugin has done its job and passed transaction information back to WooCommerce. Errors after that will be somewhere between WooCommerce and your theme. Have you checked your browser console for JavaScript errors? Make sure there are none after loading the checkout page at least, and then test a transaction to see if there are any errors in the console.

    cheers,
    Ross

    Hi Ross,

I appreciate the information. Console shows no messages and because the error occurs very randomly it’s almost impossible to reproduce and identify what’s causing it. Good to know it’s not this plugin causing errors, at least it lets me narrow down this annoyingly large scope.

    Thanks!
