Duplicate Order Numbers

    Like several other users, we have been experiencing issues with duplicate order numbers on one of our eCommerce stores. Our client asked us to install this well over a year ago, and we haven’t had any problems until this last week. In just the last few days we’ve had this happen 3 times, where 2 or more orders came in at the exact same time, and were given the exact same order number. They have different Post ID #s in the database, so it’s definitely isolated to this plugin’s behavior.

    Is there an ETA on when a fix for this will be rolled out? Our client is furious about this, but there’s nothing we can do, especially since deactivating the plugin will remove the current order number structure.

    Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have addressed the sequential order number duplication issue in the latest version of our plugin. Please update to version 1.5.3 and verify that the problem has been resolved. Thank you.
