Hello Mike & Co. – we’re seeing multiple emails being sent out with new orders after the 3.0 update, 6+ per order, one had over a dozen. How can we resolve this?

While we’re at it, the order information that was removed from the dashboard to improve performance is necessary for our business. Is there a way to reintroduce it on a site that needs that info?

Thanks for the reply Mike, I take it the additional info is a non-starter at this point. I’m not sure that I have anything to add to the Git for duplicate emails other than “me too” & that’s probably not that helpful.

Mike, to beat the dead horse a bit on the order info, we integrated Pushover for our team this year, which was a godsend. Unfortunately, now we’re seeing blank data in there because of it. Our order notifications on Pushover are hit or miss now, much worse than previously, & there’s never any information on what was ordered, just the amount. Is this something that would be fixed if the “enhancement” that we’re voting on in the ideas to improve/restore woo functionality is implemented?

I would be “very” interested to the solution about duplicate E-mail order notifications.
NONE of the settings have been changed in the E-mail sections of WooCommerce. Yet, prior to the update from WC yesterday (06/29/2017), WC has been sending duplicate order confirmations to admin.
The duplication began just a couple of weeks ago and I could find no cause. I’ve reviewed the way the E-mail accounts are set up, and even seen the action in the cPanel for the last order which sent 2 E-mail confirmations at the exact same moment.
Has there been any movement on a resolve?
