    Hi there,

sporadically there were created duplicated orders with the same PayPal ID. There are no hints in the logs.

    Best regards, Tobias

    Hi @tobiasschr

Can you please provide an example of what you’re describing? Some screenshots would be helpful with additional explanation.

    Kind Regards

sure, an order was created twice.

same PayPal ID. Money received once.

@tobiasschr order 18314 was created a minute after the first order. When you login to PayPal and review the payment, which order ID is associated with the PayPal order?

The PayPal plugin doesn’t control order creation, that’s all WooCommerce. I’d look to see if you have any plugins that could be affecting the order creation logic resulting in a duplicate order being generated.

Some plugins for example will cause Woocommerce to generate a new order ID when billing information changes.

Hi, sorry for late reply. The PayPal transaction ID contains the first Order (18313). Tomorrow I send WooCommerce Status with installed plugins.

But that would mean that after the first order creation something happened.

Are you using the new HPOs tables and have the posts table sync turned on? Maybe start there because WooCommerce handles all of the order creation logic. The PayPal plugin is always fed the order ID when it’s time to process a payment.

    Kind Regards,
