Duplicate Numbers

    Hi,
    I’m having trouble with order numbers. I imported 3000+ orders from an old site into a new WC site and used your plugin to maintain order number sequence as old site.
    I’m having trouble because new orders are starting from 4184, 4185 etc but the latest numbers are 7299, 7300 etc.
    Please help

    Hi @tzvimoshe,

    You can reset the order number sequence from the plugin settings and enter the last number from the sequence that exists in the site to continue from there.

    That was really good to hear that you’re offering service called, sequence order,

    I imported 9000+ orders from an old site into a new WC site and used your plugin to maintain order number sequence as old site.

    But I have a problem with that, it is creating me duplicated can you help me to figure it out the problem, please

    Our last order number is 18841010650 it is supposed to start 18841010651

    now we received one new order from a customer after site live: 18841010621, this is making duplicates I will make a problem for the invoice,

    Can you help to set a perfect setting from the plugin, please:
