    Hi,

    All of my forms are sending duplicate notifications. There is only one email address added to the “Send to Email Address” in all forms. If I add a second, comma separated email address, both email addresses receive 2 duplicate notifications with the same time stamp.

    Hi @nancy68,

    When you get the chance, could you let me know if you have the CC field enabled in your notification?

    If you’re using the CC field, please be sure to only include one email in the ‘Send To Email Address’ field. Otherwise, each additional email in this field will result in an extra copy of the notification sent to each address in the CC field.

    Hi,

    Sorry, I didn’t get notified of this response. The CC Field is NOT enabled and I cannot see any reason for 2 emails being sent.

    Thanks for sharing that screenshot.

    The notification settings seem odd in that screenshot, and it looks like there are two ‘From Email’, ‘Reply-to’ and ‘Message’ fields.

    When you get the chance, could you check if the screenshot is indeed showing the notification settings on your site correctly?

    In case it helps, here’s a screenshot of how the notification settings screen should look.

    Hi,

    I have turned on debugging on the site and test the form. I am still getting 2 notifications and I am NOT getting any errors in the error log.

    Any other ideas?
