Duplicate notification emails sent

Hi, plugin is working great but maybe a little TOO great, we are getting 3-4 notifications per user for most of the notifications but not ALL of them, which is weird. The notification is for Saved as Draft specifically, so not sure if that has anything to do with it, or if a user saves a draft and then edits it 30 seconds later, will that trigger a second notification?
