• Hello,
    My client is receiving duplicate notification email messages. This happens for orders and out of stock notifications alike. At first the system was sending two of each message. Today she reports she is getting three of each message!

    Other messages sent from the site, including messages from other plugins using wp_mail(), function as expected.

    System information:

    Multi-site: No
    Jigoshop Version: 1.13.3
    WordPress Version: 4.0.1
    PHP Version: 5.4.34
    MySQL Version: 5.5.40

  • Check that they haven’t hit the “Generate default emails” button and created duplicates (or by the sounds of it triplicates) of them.

    Admin > Jigoshop > Emails

    Look for multiple emails by the same name, order by subject line to spot them easily.
