Duplicate Module when assign a lesson, and after refreshing the course

    This is a known issue, and you can follow the bug report here:

    While we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this may be fixed, we can certainly let you know once we have an update. However, feel free to check back with us here in the future for a status update.

    As a workaround, have you tried using another role, such as Admin instead of Teacher?
