Duplicate Meta Title in WMT

Hi,
I can see duplicate meta titles in my webmaster tools for woforo main topic URLs and for /paged1/ URLs, because in the pagination when page 1 is clicked it shows the original topic content (first page), therefore we get two different URLs for the same first page of the topic.

I was wondering if this can be corrected by prohibiting the /paged1/ option or by canonicalizing these two URLs.

For example please check these two URLs:

https://www.homemade-circuits(dot)com/community/electronic-circuit-forum/how-a-relay-works-in-circuits-how-to-connect-it/

https://www.homemade-circuits(dot)com/community/electronic-circuit-forum/how-a-relay-works-in-circuits-how-to-connect-it/paged/1/

Both redirect to the same parent Topic
