Duplicate media without author

    I have a problem two days ago. Sometimes, my site duplicate media in the library giving a name as “rp_Baix%2520la%2520mar%2520inf.jpg”. Also, that text appers instead the picture, and no author shows. There is no action from me what generates it, I suppose. I don’t know if a plugin or the WordPress update creates the problem.

    Solved! The plugin WordPress Related Posts has a bug.

    Hey, thanks for reporting this.

    Actually WordPress Related Posts plugin saves an image it uses for a thumbnail in Media Library if this image is hotlinked in the post (url not the same as the url of the blog). It is very likely that special characters in image file name caused these issues.
