  • I have the same issue with duplicated folders. I wasn’t aware that the inbuilt RML extension was being depreciated in favour of an external plugin, and now have two “WP/LR Sync” folders in RML.

    Clicking WP/LR Sync > Extensions > Reset with Extensions seems to hang (I never get a “finished” message), but I’m not sure how effective that will be as that page shows no extensions are loaded, even with WP/LR Sync Folders plugin installed.

    Deleting all associated plugins and reinstalling has no effect, so I guess the lrsync* and realmedialibrary* tables are retained when this happens.

    There’s a number of options for both WP/LR Sync and RML, but not much documentation on what they do…

    Thanks for your message. Yeah, this is a known issue but I have a solution for this. For further updates this problem never occurs again.     Thanks for getting back to me Matthias. I followed the instructions but it didn’t work. Perhaps it would be easier if I dug into the DB?

    I’m using RML v4.4.1 could that be why it’s not working? Do I need an earlier version of RML for this to work?

    Thanks for replying. That worked for me, although WP/LR Sync > Extensions still says “No extensions have been loaded (and that is fine)” (with all plugins now at the latest version).

    @superfeincreative Do not create a demo login for the author. I know he means well but that’s not allowed and can get the author into real trouble here.

    @mguenter Do not ask for any login, demo or not, staging or not. That’s not allowed and it’s not necessary. It’s a condition of hosting a plugin here that you comply with that restriction.

    There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

    Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
