Duplicate "Mail to" buttons?

Everything seems to work well, but for some reason I have duplicate “Mail To” buttons. One appears to come from the plugin (as the design is consistent) but I am not sure where the other one comes from. Maybe the WP theme itself…has anyone been able to correct this?
