Duplicate links on footer and product display after installing theme

Hi, I just installed this theme. I discovered the footer has duplicate links. Under the Collection also the products are duplicated. I need to know how to resolve this. I am afraid if I just delete the extra link when customers order 1 product – it will result in 2 being ordered or duplicated. Hope you can help advise. Thanks
