Duplicate Links

  • Hi,
    A few of my articles have duplicate links for the pictures:
    This is the original article:
    [ redundant link removed ]

    But the above link is also published with just the picture.
    But when I delete the picture with the link, the picture in the main article disappears, as obviously they are linked.

    Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

  • WordPress generates a URL for each attachment, so it has its own page. But it should not be the same as a page. Do you have a plugin that is affecting the permalinks?

    I am not sure about any plugins affecting the permalink, I will investigate, and check out the plugin you sent.
    Appreciate the help.

    The plugin you sent fixed it, but, I still need to find out why this is happening.

    Don’t name your pages the same as your images.
