Duplicate Lines in order email template

    Hi I have an issue with this plugin when the system send a new order mail the templates duplicate the text line that I setted in the plugin payment woocommerce page. I sent a screenshot in wich you can see the problem.

    This is the text I wrote in Wocommerce-settings-payment-order approval
    as you can see it is duplicate both in the summary of order and in the mail template. Could you help me to fix it? The client is very annoyng please
