Duplicate items in single orders

    Hello,

    We just imported orders using your plugin however it seems order with a single item have the item duplicated in the order. some order now have 5 items some have 6 when only 1 item was purchased.

    Is there a solution for this please.

    Shipping is also duplicated the same number of times as the product..

    It seems as though the issue is caused when Yith custom order status is enabled.

    Problem is without the Custom order status plugin enabled orders are skipped on import due to unknown order status.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Did you test using Yith custom order status and set orders to a custom status prior to exporting the products?

    I did resolve this niggly issue in the end by using another plugin to import the order, lots of manual work required though so I do prefer yours it’s just a shame it wasn’t working for me since I started using custom order statuses.

    Yes, we did test the issue in our test environments using the YITH custom order status plugin. We created a custom order status and tried importing the order using the latest version of Order import-export plugin and were unable to replicate the issue of duplicating order items.

    Below are the versions of the plugin we used for testing
    YITH custom order status plugin:- 1.1.3
    Woocommerce:- 3.9.0
    Order import-export plugin:- 1.5.7
