    Hi,

I have created a new gallery and upload the images but when I publish it, it duplicates the images and doesn’t let me delete any of them.
    Can you help me?

That is definitely a strange issue. Are you seeing duplicate images in the admin area as well when editing a gallery?

Here are a few things to look into to help figure out the problem:

    • Go to Sunshine > Settings > Galleries. Enable the option to “Show images in Media Library”. Then look at your Media tab: Are there duplicates there? This will help identify if there really are duplicates of the images in the database or if it is just showing duplicates.
    • I also recommend temporarily disabling all non-Sunshine plugins and using a default WordPress theme and uploading images into a gallery again. If it works when just Sunshine is active then we can conclude it is a conflict with something else. You can then enable things back one by one and testing after each. When it breaks by creating duplicates, then you know which one is the cause of the conflict. This helps determine where the conflict is and we can then go from there. You can learn more here on how to do this without affecting your live site: https://www.sunshinephotocart.com/docs/how-to-test-for-conflicts-with-other-plugins/

Thank you for your help. I have followed your instructions.

The media library displayed unduplicated images. Then I have installed the plugin health check as you recommend. After disable and enable all the plugins I have found the plugin that was causing the problem.

Thanks again for your answer and your time
