Duplicate Images in Lightbox

Hi Amber,

Sorry that you’re having a bit of trouble with the lightbox feature. I just tested it and it seems to be working correctly. So I think there is probably either a conflict or incorrect setting specific on your end that is causing an issue. A couple things to try:

– I noticed that all your image file names have the image size on the end? Is there a reason for this? Do you have some kind of plugin that is automatically cropping or resizing images? If so, please try deactivating it. Also, try using images that don’t have that at the end and are the full-sized original images.

– Also, if you have Thumbnail Support enabled in our plugin, then please try disabling it to see if it makes a difference.

– Also, try one of the other product page layouts (such as tabbed or shop style) to make sure it isn’t a specific conflict between your site and that one layout.

– Also, try creating a brand new product and only uploading the main image. Does it still show a duplicate, or is just with the additional images?

I disabled the thumbnail Support and it now displays the full-size image (no image size in the file names).

I cannot change the layout. It has to look exactly as it is set up.

I have added a brand new product and it still shows duplicates.

There are 3 “get the image” type plugins installed. Maybe one of them is causing this issue.

Please try to disabling your get the image plugin and see if that fixes the problem. Also I suggest checking your photos in the media tab of WordPress to make sure you do not have duplicates of images as well as images with the same URL as this may also cause an issue
