duplicate images

Hi, I’m having trouble with some images duplicating.

First, the author’s avatar is duplicated for non-logged in users.

Secondly, the modifications note is duplicated (see the first reply). This happens for logged in and non-logged in users.

Finally, for non-logged in users, on the “forum” page, the avatar for the latest post is duplicated.
