Duplicate images

    Hello,

    Since the last update of Worpdress and the RSS Aggregator, I have problems with duplicate images.

    When using the featured image, the RSS Aggregator creates a copy of the images for multiple dimensions and in the media gallery the images are displayed as separate images.

    This is not needed, and is bad for the performance/storage and the content managers.
    Is there any known issue about this or workaround? Below an example of the behaviour:

    This image is used in the orignal post,

    //…../media/sites/43/2018/01/18080647/JH_8443MR.jpg” alt=”” width=”1200″ height=”798″

    And this is the content of the imported post

    (our domain is for security reasons replaced with …..)

    Do you happen to be using any of the Add-ons with WP RSS Aggregator, or are you only using the Core plugin?

    We are using the Core plugin, with the following additional plugins,

    – WP RSS Aggregator – Feed to Post
    – WP RSS Aggregator – Keyword Filtering

    Your issue may be due to WordPress itself and not an issue coming from the plugin.
