Duplicate IDs

    Hello,

    While I have been enjoying this plugin, I noticed that it creates duplicate IDs on the document when I specify stylesheets to ASYNC by their ID. This breaks validation and is a potential cause of issues with JavaScript.

    With the following IDs duplicated (this is the same list as what is in the plugin’s Async field):

    trp-floater-language-switcher-style-css
trp-language-switcher-style-css
dark-toggle-css
lbwps-styles
non-critical-css

    I think an easy fix would be to not include the id="lbwps-styles" attribute in the preload <link>, and just keep that in the stylesheet <link> only.
