Duplicate home pages?

  • I have just discovered that I appear to have two Home pages.
    One is https://www.loscastanos.com/
    the other is https://www.loscastanos.com//home
    I don’t understand why and the format is bizaare with the double slash.

    I tried deleting the second one but then I get a 404 error.

    When you click on Home anywhere in the site the first option comes up.

    The first one is not listed in the Pages section.

    Thanks for any ideas.

    Just to clarify – the double forward slash appears on just one page – a duplicate index page.
