Duplicate Forms on Admin View

Hi,

on admin page, my forms are displayed allways twice:

First row has a edit link in this format:
X/admin.php?page=caldera-forms&edit=CF5891ab7885784

second row has a edit link in this format:
X/admin.php?page=caldera-forms&edit=%20%20%20%20%20%20CF5891ab7885784

Can i disable this duplicate view?
