Duplicate Focus Keywords

I have a movie reviews website in which I post both written (text) and video reviews – of the same movie. Each review has its own page. When it comes to a Focus Keyword – there is really only one to use – the title of the movie. But I can’t use it on BOTH reviews, because one will cancel the other out in Google search (and I know the rule about not using the same focus keyword more than once).

I could really use some suggestions on what I can do to solve this problem.
