Duplicate files showing on my site

    When my site page loads I am seeing duplicate css and js files loading. I have W3 total cache CDN options enabled and I am seeing one file load from my local cache/minify folder and the same file also load from my CDN.

    What is causing this issue and how can I prevent it as it is tanking my speed scores
