When we use any type of page cache the javascript pixel will have the same event_id everytime page is loaded. Is this normal behaviour?

Will facebook record the event correctly? So if we set page cache for 1 day everytime the same page is loaded from any user it will load the same pixel js code (with the same event id) during that 1 day.

    If we see this doc:
    https://www.facebook.com/business/help/823677331451951?id=1205376682832142

“We deduplicate Pixel events with identical event and eventID parameters.”
So this event will only record once. event many user load the page during that 1 day.

So is this a bug? Or i miss something?
