Duplicate error message with Theme My Login.

  • I saw this old thread:
    So FYI there is some code in Theme My Login that screws with displaying errors properly on the login page, fighting that beast right now…

    I am using Theme My Login and I get the Accept Terms error message twice, once at the top of the login form and again just above the terms checkbox.

    Is there a workaround for this?
