Duplicate entry upon purchase

    I’m getting this error (in admin purchases area) once someone purchases a gift card:

    Error during status transition. Error while creating gift card: Duplicate entry ‘7LN3-V57A-DWNB-QJJR’ for key ‘wp_pimwick_gift_card.wp_ix_pimwick_gift_card_number’

    The result is also that no purchase email is sent, no gift card is sent.
