• Hi,

I’ve a WordPress Multisite with 5 sites. The site’s error.log file (below) is filling up regularly with “Duplicate entry” errors and I don’t know what is causing these.

Can any one advise what the problem is/may be?

    Thanks.

    Sal.

  • We also are having similar issue…any result on how to fix this?

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
