Duplicate entry – error – PLEASE HELP

Hello,
For some time now I have been seeing that the log file on my site is filled with thousands of lines of errors related to the plugin with the text “Duplicate entry … …. …”.

This is very inconvenient and a bit problematic because with thousands of repeated such errors I can not keep track of other real ones, whether they have occurred.

No matter how much I clean them, new ones are constantly appearing.

I ask for your help to remove the problem and correct them so that they do not appear.

I have the latest version available on the plugin.
