Duplicate entries and emails after submitting Contact form 7

    Hi,

    1) We are getting lot of Duplicate entries and emails from Contact form 7 after user submits the form. I think it’s because of w3 total cache.

    We have also used CF7 Google Sheet Connector and Contact Form CFDB7. There also we see lot of duplicate entries. Can you please help me with that?

    2) Also, because of W3 Total Cache, I’m not able to use Ajax frontend validation. Sometimes submit button doesn’t work. Is there a way where I can disable cache for contact form 7 plugin files or something?

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
    To confirm that the issue is related to W3 Total Cache, please purge all cache and disable W3 Total Cache and try to replicate the issue.
    If the issue is gone, you should try to exclude the contact form page from caching in Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>”Never cache following pages”. Simply add the page to that field.
