Duplicate emails send

    Hello,
    Firstly thanks for great plugin. I love it but have one problem which I contacted smtp service provider and they said it because the plugin.

    Problem is:
    I want to send an email to the author of the post when it pending/publish. After I tick “Send this notification to the Author”, it sends 3 same email to the author’s email. You can see screenshot bewlow.

    I’m wondering because my setup wrong or this is a bug?
