Duplicate Emails from form submission

  • On a Clients website I have a Contact form which is using contact form 7 plugin.

    Our client is getting sent duplicate emails when someone clicks the submit button multiple times.

    How can this be fixed. Client is getting very frustrated about getting 200 duplicate emails each day!

    I am having the same issue. Received 1 form, but got 200 duplicates.

    Same here. We thought they might be clicking the button multiple times, but it’s happening every time now so it is unlikely it’s a user error. We receive the duplicate email 3-5 times.

    This is still happening. Sometimes it’s 2 emails. Today, there are 14 duplicates. Please respond with a fix! The only thing I know to do now is to stop using this plugin.

    Yeah, I think the people at Contact Form have given up. No answers on the forum anymore. We’re going to have to uninstall Contact Form and try something else.
