Duplicate emails

All of a sudden my contact form is sending up to 5 copies of the emails when it is filled out – I am using Visual Form Builder to generate my forms with Postman SMTP to ensure they get through (previously I have had incidents of them going to junk), how can I prevent the duplicates from being sent?
